Liberating Yourself From Mom Guilt is a powerful 2-part series designed to help you release the pressure, perfectionism, and emotional weight so many mothers carry. You will learn the root causes of Mom Guilt so you can unplug from them and show up as a mother with compassion and grace, in a grounded and realistic way that is rooted in your own true values.
Through compassionate guidance and practical tools, this series supports you to shift out of guilt, reconnect with your inner truth, and return to a place of self-trust and enoughness. As you move through the process, you will cultivate deeper health, wellness, self-love, and confidence in your mothering, along with a more regulated nervous system, while breaking out of cycles of guilt, shame, anxiety, and depression.
Part 2 focuses on shame resilience, supporting you to gently unravel shame patterns, build emotional strength, and stand rooted in your worth so you can mother from a place of wholeness instead of obligation.

Mom Guilt has been one of my most debilitating experiences as mother. It's only been in the last few years that I've realized how much it contributed to my maternal mental (and physical) health issues.
As I've been diving into the root causes of Mom Guilt in modern western motherhood, I've uncovered keys that have been truly liberating.
These keys have been helping me cultivate more health, nervous system regulation, self compassion and love, and more confidence in my unique expression and identity as a mother.
In this workshop I will offer insight, wisdom, and practical experiential exercises that will help you discover your own unique roots of Mom Guilt so that you can mother from a more liberated and empowered place.
In part 2 will we explore how mom guilt is almost always mom shame and how we can become more resilient to it.
