About the event
Mom guilt has become so normalized that many mothers assume it is simply part of parenting.
But what if what we call mom guilt is not guilt at all?
In many cases, it is actually mom shame — the internalized belief that we are somehow falling short as mothers.
In this two-part workshop we will explore the roots of mom guilt and uncover the deeper shame that often sits underneath it.
Part one focuses on becoming the Liberated Mother — recognizing the cultural expectations that create shame and reconnecting with your own inner authority and truth as a mother.
Part two focuses on Shame Resilience — learning how to move through shame when it arises and developing tools for self-compassion and emotional resilience.
